Used Ford Windstar Major Redesigns
1999 – Ford completely redesigned the Windstar to give it a sporty new look. During the redesign, the second and third rows of seats were upgraded and placed on rollers to increase their maneuverability. Ford also reworked the cooling, braking and transmission system.
1995 – The first generation Windstar was introduced in 1995 to replace Ford's outdated Aerostar. New models came standard with a host of features, including dual airbags, antilock brakes, a four-speed automatic transmission, V6 engine and an integrated child seat.
