1986 – During its seventh generation, the El Dorado received a downsizing, which included losing 16 inches and 350 pounds.
1979 – The sixth generation Eldorado received an update that focused on increasing fuel efficiency and creating a more aerodynamic exterior.
1953 – Designed as a "show car," these early models were introduced in celebration of Cadillac's anniversary.
